Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hrs of receipt. Orders that qualify for free shipping within US will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority) and usually take 3-8 business days to arrive.If you are placing a Express or Expedited  order, please be advised that these orders will go out on the same business day if placed before 2.00 PM EST otherwise they will ship on the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.


All orders are subject to product availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In such a case we will contact you.

**Free ground shipping* is only available to destinations in the continental united state. The weight limit on Free ground shipping is 10 pounds.

Shipping Charges outside the Continental United States (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, North Marianas, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii and Alaska) are higher.

Due to their size or weight, some items may not qualify for free shipping and may require an additional shipping surcharge or additional time for delivery. Customers who purchase these items will be notified via e-mail of any additional fees prior to the processing of their order.

In the event that an item is out of stock, on backorder, needs to be special ordered or there is a delay in the processing of your order you will be notified via e-mail within 1 business day with an estimated time of delivery.

It is the customer's responsibility to respond to any e-mails originating from our Customer Care and/or Sales Departments. Delayed responses may cause a delay in shipment of your item(s) in question.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to PO Box (including APO and AEO) addresses.


International Shipping


We ship international orders via FEDEX International economy service within 48 hours of the order. The normal delivery time are 5 to 7+ business days depending on destination not including local customs clearance.  Our flat rate charges for all orders under 10 lbs is $95. Shipping charges for any large sized items or special orders are higher.

We accept international orders from every major country. We reserve the right NOT to ship to countries based on our experience with fraud and customs delays. We do not accept orders nor ship to countries identified by the United States government as embargoed or sanctioned countries as listed by Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) at the following URL:  http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforcement/ofac/

If you have any questions about the shipping charges please do not hesitate to contact us.  We can ship by carrier of your choice if you have an existing carrier account.  Also if you want to arrange the international forwarding we can ship anywhere within the United States.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:

  • Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
  • Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
